We accidentally broke the glass on a light fixture and needed to replace it. We went to this business to buy a new piece of glass, but unfortunately we had the wrong measurements and had to come back. To our surprise, when we returned, they gave us the second piece of glass at no charge. It may seem like a small gesture, but in the United States it’s not very common for businesses to give things away for free. Even though the lady at the front desk is a little serious, the service was excellent. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly fast. In less than two minutes, I had both pieces of glass ready to go. Highly recommended. Great service and great people. 100% recommended!

Had a custom piece of tempered glass made so I could install a dog door into a French door. Piece was made correctly the first time, fit perfectly and the customer service was great.

Great Service!! I needed tempered glass shelves for a china cabinet, and cut-to-fit glass panels for a display cabinet. They were incredibly responsive to my online inquiry, and emails detailing my needs were met with great input/expertise/advice. The pricing was fair (and ended up as quoted), the pieces were completed ahead of estimated timing, the quality was very good, & the customer service (shoutout to Leslie) was great. I can't say enough positive things about my experience in working with Savannah Glass!

Thanks Leslie for the awesome service today! Same day service and did what they said they were going to do for the price that they said they were going to do it. Savannah glass helped us with a client of ours today and I would call them again in a heartbeat. I'm not sure why they have a one-star review but their number is now programmed in my phone and I will be using them in the future!!!
